Data controller
BORT PEREZ MULTI GESTION SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (trade name BPM Tech), Spanish tax ID B98629470, with registered address at Avenida Carlos Marx, 1, 12 E, 46920 Mislata, Valencia, España. You can contact the controller at bpmtechstudio@gmail.com.
Details of your inquiry
We receive the name, email and message you send through the form. The company, phone number and type of need are optional. If you arrive from a project or service, the form may include that reference so we can understand the context. Please do not include passwords, sensitive data or confidential information about third parties in your first message.
We use this data to handle your request and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Inquiries about hiring our services are handled on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other communications, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to them (Article 6(1)(f)), without prejudice to your right to object. We do not add your data to marketing lists or sell it.
Booking calls
When you choose to book a call, we load the Cal.com calendar. This service receives the technical data needed to display it. When you complete a booking, it processes the name, email and any other information you enter, together with the date and time you choose, to organize the conversation and its communications. We use that data to handle your request, on the same legal bases as inquiries. The video call takes place on Cal Video, outside this website.
Cal.com manages the booking and, where applicable, adds it to the linked calendar. You can review how it processes data, technical data and cookies in the Cal.com privacy policy.
Website operation and security
The connection transmits technical data, such as the IP address and characteristics of the request, needed to serve the page and protect it from abuse. The form uses a temporary request counter and a technical reference to prevent duplicate submissions. The hosting and email providers may generate operation and delivery logs. Their purpose is to keep the service running and detect incidents, based on our legitimate interest in its security.
Measuring interactions
We count actions such as opening a project, clicking a contact or booking link, starting the form or running into an error. Opening the calendar is not counted as a confirmed booking. These events use predefined categories. They do not include your name, email, phone number, company, message, IP address or the full address of the page. We do not create visitor identifiers or profiles across visits, and we do not use cookies or browser storage for this measurement.
This information lets us check whether the website is understood and whether contact works. Measurement in the browser respects the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control privacy signals. The technical logs needed to handle a request or protect the service are managed separately.
Retention
We keep inquiries and booking data for as long as necessary to handle them or to manage any professional relationship that may follow. Once that purpose has ended, we only keep the information needed to comply with legal obligations or address liabilities during the applicable periods. You can request erasure where applicable.
Protection counters are temporary and limited in size. Operation and delivery logs are subject to the retention periods of the hosting or email service used. You can ask for information about the criteria that apply to your inquiry.
Providers and recipients
To provide the service we use providers for hosting (Vercel), message delivery (Resend), receiving and managing email (Gmail, by Google) and booking and holding video calls (Cal.com). Domain and DNS management uses Cloudflare services. The information in an inquiry is only shared with the services needed to receive it and reply to it, in addition to the cases required by law.
Providing these services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. You can ask the controller for information about the providers, transfers and safeguards that apply to the processing of your data through the contact details on this page.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to bpmtechstudio@gmail.com or through the contact form. Please state that it is a data rights request. You do not need to have a project or hire a service to exercise them.
The general response time is one month, with the extensions and conditions set out in the regulations. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
