Management platform for padel clubs
Padel Club OS
A platform that brings court bookings together with running the club: members, payments, coaching and competitions in one system. A dashboard for the people who manage the club and a portal for the people who play.
Live in production. Offered to clubs as a subscription service.

What needed solving
A single booking touches several parts of the business: court availability, player details, payment and the club's schedule. Those processes had to come together in one application with two views, one for the people who book and one for the people who manage.
What we built
The player portal and the club dashboard, connected to each other: whatever a player does reaches the information the club manages instantly.
- Online bookings with no overlaps
- Members, imported from Excel
- Leagues and tournaments with automatic standings
- In-person payments and pending bookings
- Player portal on the phone, with nothing to download
- Occupancy and revenue statistics
- Club news and blog
- Permissions for management, staff and members

Why we built it this way
Two separate spaces on top of the same data. The dashboard holds the club's day-to-day operations: bookings, payments, coaching and members. The portal shows players only what they need to book and sign up. Everyone sees the features that match their role, and the club doesn't have to explain the tool to anyone.
For another business: It works as a foundation for services that depend on schedules, places or fees. In a new project we start with the rules for availability, cancellations and payments, and then decide what to reuse and what to build from scratch.
