What needed solving
Preparing a meeting, explaining a delay or weighing up a change usually means going through documents, conversations, commitments and tasks. The application takes care of that groundwork: it brings the context that matters to each question and puts together an answer the person can review.
What we built
A chat application with history and attachments, with two assistants, one for project management and one for questions about the product. Each one gets instructions, sources and tools that fit its role.

Why we built it this way
The assistant proposes and a person confirms: it prepares the work, explains its assumptions and points out what is missing, but a person always makes the decision. Seeing the steps and sources behind each answer helps to review it, although it does not guarantee on its own that every statement is accurate.
For another business: A first version can focus on one concrete task: preparing a project's weekly status, answering internal questions or structuring an estimate. The scope defines which sources can be searched, what result the person expects and how it is reviewed.
