It depends on what needs to be built, connected and launched, which is why we don't publish rates. After the first conversation we send you a written proposal with scope, price and delivery date. You know the investment before we start. If you'd rather start smaller, we define a smaller first version together.
We talk it through. Adjustments to what was agreed are part of the project. If it's a new feature, we estimate it separately before building it, so you can decide whether it goes in now or in a later phase.
It's up to you. You can keep the solution as delivered or keep working with us on support, maintenance and new improvements. The proposal states what is included after go-live and any costs involved, if there are any (hosting, external services).
Not necessarily. First we look at what works for you and what costs you time. Sometimes connecting your tools or automating one step is enough. We only build something custom when it improves what you already have.

In what we deliver, only when it saves a specific task, for example finding information in your documents. For most operational problems, a good application and a few well thought out automations are enough. In our own work we do rely on it to move faster, and we review everything we deliver.
